The Leibniz-Institute of Freshwater Ecology and Inland Fisheries (IGB) invites excellent scientists from all countries and at different career stages to apply for a research.

These fellowships are designed to enable outstanding scientists to contribute to research at IGB and thus further their own scientific development or training.

WMF Empowerment Through Education Scholarships for Developing Country Students

The Wells Mountain Foundation, through the Empowerment Through Education (ETE) program, provides undergraduate scholarships to developing country nationals to study in their home country or a neighboring country.

The Foundation believes in the power and importance of community service; therefore, all scholarship participants are required to volunteer for a minimum of 100 hours a year.

R.O.C. Ministry of Education Huayu Enrichment Scholarship (HES)

(HES) program to encourage international students (except Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao SAR students) to undertake Mandarin language courses in the Republic of China (Taiwan), to provide opportunities to increase understanding of Taiwanese culture and society, and to promote mutual understanding and interactions between Taiwan and the international community.

The scholarship application and selection procedures will be conducted by the Education Division, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Boston (TECO-Boston), the branch office of the MOE in the New England region including Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.
